Moosic is two different jobs sharing one town name. The published price is the same for the same size — but newer builds tend to come in at the lower end of the time we book, and that is already priced in. More than a third of Moosic's housing has gone up since 2000, so newer here is normal rather than special.
Is there a travel charge to Moosic?
No. The published price is the price at your door. We group visits onto shared route days rather than running one-off trips, which is what makes that possible without quietly adding a distance line.
